NOTICE – WE ARE RENOVATING OUR HOTEL
Dear Guests, To ensure that you feel even more comfortable during your future stays with us, we are currently renovating our hotel.
Look forward to a new reception area with a modern bar lounge, as well as two additional floors with new guest rooms. At the same time, we are replacing all the windows in our hotel. The new windows offer significantly improved noise, heat, and sun protection, ensuring greater peace and quiet, better sleep, and a comfortable indoor climate all year round.
The scaffolding on the facade is needed solely for the window replacement and will be removed gradually as work is completed in each area. About 60% of the work has already been completed, and the project is in its final stages. To minimize disruption, the rooms where work is being done, as well as the rooms directly adjacent to them, will remain closed during the construction phase.
For you, our guests, this means that our hotel operations will continue as usual. The front desk, restaurant, bar, and all other services are available to you without restriction. The only thing is that the view from some rooms may be slightly obstructed by the scaffolding for a short time.Current Construction Schedule

Parking space
The GINN Hotel Hamburg Elbspeicher offers various parking options. The two addresses are right next to each other. This means that hotel guests and event guests can use both options, both at Grosse Elbstrasse 27 and Grosse Elbstrasse 39. Access and parking space allocation is located at the concierge desk at Grosse Elbstrasse 27. The parking costs are € 27.50 per night.

Parking tower with 70 parking spaces with a maximum height of 1.50 m and 6 parking spaces for SUVs.
Große Elbstraße 39
Underground parking garage with 14 parking spaces with a maximum height of 1.90 m and one barrier-free parking space.
Alternatively, you can use the Holzhafen public underground parking garage. It is located about 300 meters from the hotel and also offers charging stations for electric cars.
Please note that campsites cannot be reserved in advance. Reservations can only be made on-site and are subject to availability.
Notice for guests parking in public areas on Große Elbstraße: Due to the fish market, parking is not permitted in the designated areas every Sunday. Vehicles parked there will be towed.
