For the little monsters, a spooky movie will be shown at the Kids' Scary Movie Theater starting at 6.30 p.m., just in time for Halloween night. There will also be delicious and spooky Halloween popcorn.

General Ticket and Participation Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of admission tickets as well as to participation in the organizer's Halloween party.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract for attendance at the event is concluded upon successful completion of the ordering process and receipt of full payment.
3. Ticket Prices and Payment
The prices listed at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable value-added tax.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where a specific date is set for the performance of the service.
5. No cancellations and no refunds
Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
This also applies to:
-Illness of the ticket holder
-work-related conflict
-late arrival
-Failure to appear
-other personal reasons
A refund will be issued only if the event is completely canceled by the organizer.
6. Rescheduling or Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule for organizational reasons. This does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or a reduction in the ticket price.
7. Cancellation of the Event
If the event must be canceled due to official orders, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the ticket price will be refunded. Any further claims, particularly for travel, lodging, or other consequential costs, are excluded.
8. Admission
Admission is granted only upon presentation of a valid reservation.
The organizer reserves the right, in accordance with its right to manage the premises, to deny admission to individuals or to remove them from the event if:
they are obviously heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs,
they endanger other guests,
they are violating the house rules.
In these cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.
9. Video and Audio Recordings
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event. By entering the event, guests agree that these recordings may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
10. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen items, unless there has been a breach of duty due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Final Provisions
German law applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
